Our Franchisees and Partner Associates can make online payments for various services offered by Going Global Solutions Pvt Ltd through our website and web application – Skoolin.

Going Global Solutions Pvt Ltd assumes no responsibility and shall incur no liability if it is unable to affect any payment instruction(s) on the payment date owing to any one or more of the following circumstances:

1. If the payment instruction(s) issued by You is/are incomplete, inaccurate, invalid and delayed.
2. If the payment account has insufficient funds/limits to cover for the amount as mentioned in the payment instruction(s).
3. If the funds available in the payment account are under any encumbrance or charge.
4. If Your bank or the National Clearing Centre refuses or delays honouring the payment instruction(s).
5. If payment is not processed by biller upon receipt.
6. Circumstances beyond the control of Going Global Solutions Pvt Ltd (including, but not limited to, fire, flood, natural disasters, bank strikes, power failure, systems failure like computer or telephone lines breakdown due to an unforeseeable cause or interference from an outside force).

In case the bill payment is not affected for any reason, you will be intimated about the failed payment on the payment page itself.

One will be eligible for refund on application fees if:-

1. The student is not eligible for the desired University or
2. The program is closed for the intake the application is being made for

In such cases the amount will be refunded back to the same account/card from where the transaction had been initiated after deduction of any charges incurred for such transactions. The refund will be credited to your account within 10 working days of the request.

Fees collected for Skoolin Consultation services is non refundable.

Skoolin Processing Fee

We are committed to helping applicants from any part of the world access the opportunity for education. At the same time, we want to ensure we deliver students with a high chance of visa approval. Accordingly, Skoolin will collect a mandatory 5000 INR processing fee (the “Processing Fee”) from any applicant for student visa application. Fees collected for processing fee is non refundable.

Refunds will NOT be issued in any of the following cases:

1. An applicant fails to provide any required document to process the application;
2. An applicant’s visa application is rejected; or
3. An applicant cancels / withdraws his or her application.

If not disqualified from claiming a refund by the above, then the Processing Fee may be refunded at Going Global Solutions Pvt Ltd discretion, only if:

1. An applicant receives a visa acceptance AND Going Global Solution Pvt Ltd confirms the applicant's enrollment at the institution; or
2. The application receives a formal rejection from the institution

* Please note that the Processing Fee may be triggered again if further applications are added for the student, subsequent to a refund being offered.
